Norman Love and his creations

Norman Love is one of the most famous creators of desserts and handmade chocolates and his idea is to enjoy the love of the sea with the desire for chocolate. This experience seeks to attract customers with an impressive array of exquisite desserts made to measure, created by the renowned master chocolatier and accompanied by fine wines.

The baker has created 15 desserts to be tasted at Princess Cruises, and will be offered in the rotative wood dining rooms of the ships, in specialty restaurants such as Sabatini and Crown Grill. Examples of these desserts are chocolate cake with vanilla mousse, chocolate flourless cake, Chocolate Dome with almonds and pistachio nougatine and Mascarpone Cheese Tiramisu with Expresso Gelato.

Guests can also enjoy a chocolate massage

In cruise bars and lounges guests can enjoy a selection of drinks including chocolate as the main ingredient, such as a Chocolate Chile Margarita among others, and demonstrations will be offered for customers to learn how to make themselves these delicious combined drinks.

In the Lotus Spa cruise this chocolate experience can also be enjoyed as a massage with Chocolate Indulgence Body Treatment, which includes body scrub, massage oil based on chocolate and chocolate facial mask.

These desserts will also available for customers to purchase in the souvenir shops of the cruise.

Regal Princess

Chocolate Journeys will be opened in Fall and Winter seasons aboard the Regal Princess Caribbean and in the rest of the fleet it will be available from 2015.
