The Brando Villa

The Brando Resort is perched on atoll Tetiaroa, a heavenly array of tiny islands north of Tahiti, the place, where you have to go to, to understand the magnitude of this peculiar monument to the actor. The luxury resort imagined by Marlon Brando has 35 private villas with one, two or three bedrooms; two restaurants, two great bars, a spa built over a freshwater lagoon, dedicated housing staff, an eco-research center and an orchard of organic fruit and vegetables. But its technological innovation is that it has created a self-sustaining environment of luxury with the aim to protect the valuable biodiversity of Tetiaroa.

Each of the 35 luxury resort villas have been designed for you to feel that its inside and outside merge into a unique stay. The living room will make you feel really confortable, as it is furnished with comfortable chairs and soft sofas while the media room allows you to listen to music, watch a movie or use WiFi to keep in contact with family or friends. Through a large window, you can peek into the beautiful lagoon located in the central part of the atoll.

In addition, the resort villas feature an outdoor tub for you to enjoy the natural environment, a plunge pool and private beach access so that noone will disturb you. And as befits a hotel of its category, The Brando also has a specialized area at its top the Varua Polynesian Spa, offering treatments inspired by ancient Polynesian traditions: massages to make even the most demanding of you relax absolutely, hot steam baths, beautiful tea rituals, a relaxation room overlooking the pond, a yoga retreat and a special couples spa suite at the top of the palm trees.

Chasing another dream of the actor, the resort has a nonprofit EcoStation with various projects such as the study of archaeological sites of Tetiaroa, a GIS mapping of the atoll and research process of the ocean acidification.
