Surely we’ve all been Apple users, or we know someone who is, and it’s even more sure that, if you ask them how they started in this peculiar world, they answer with one of these products… well, bad news!

1. Earbud

The iPod and iPhone owners were recognized by the white wire coming out of their ears. These headphones have accompanied portable Apple products since the first iPod was launched in 2001. The Earbud were improved over the years with minor changes, such as volume controls appearing in the third-generation iPod Shuffle, and microphone with the arrival of the iPhone 3GS. But in 2012, with the launch of iPhone 5, Apple completely changed the design as well as the name, which became Apple EarPod.

Earbuds vs Earpods!

2. iPod Nano Square

Apple introduced the iPod Nano model in 2005 when Steve Jobs pointed at something he had hooked in his jeans and said, “everybody wonders what this pocket is for.”
The sixth generation of this product was launched in 2010, including a 1.55-inch touchscreen and a belt to use your iPod as an original watch. In 2012, Apple announced they were leaving the squared shape design, going back to the rectangular desing of previous years, and also leaving aside the accessory belt.

Who did not have Nelly Furtado in the iPod…

3. 30-pin charger

The Apple brand was the owner of the 30-pin connector, used to charge the battery of Apple products until the Lightning cable appeared in 2012. The good side of the new cable’s that it enters in any direction, so it’s not necessary to seek the position when plugging. But with its arrival, people have to change all the devices that used the previous connector.

4. iPad 3 (the ‘new’ iPad)

Apple called it “the new iPad”, and launched in March 2012. However, they quickly withdrew it: in October the same year they released the iPad 4, also known as iPad Mini.

5. MacBook

It appeared in 2006 and was the lowest range of the Mac family laptops, below the MacBook Pro, and later, the MacBook Air. It was used mostly for own consumption and for education. With the launch of the Air model in 2011, they ceased to sell the white MacBook, being relegated to schools and, a year later, they finally stopped selling it.

6. iPod Classic

The first one appeared few months after the first iPhone in 2007, and was the only one that used the ‘wheel’ to select songs and volume. The sample with the greatest capacity reached 160 GB, with a capacity for 40,000 songs. And when they fans went to the store to buy the iPhone 6, they realized this humble iPod’s not longer available there.

7. iWeb

The iLife suite of applications was available for Apple computers, including iPhoto, iMovie and Garage Band. In the 2006 edition, the company also introduced the iWeb program, with which you could easily create web sites and blogs from templates. The program was very successful among users, but in 2012 Apple switched to iCloud, getting rid of iWeb in the process.

An example of the Apple iWeb

8. iPhone 3G (32 GB)

The iPhone 3G was the first phone to include the storage capacity of 32 GB, joining the others of 8 and 16GB. The iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 and 5S appeared in 16, 32 and 64 GB, while iPhone 5C was only sold in 16 and 32 GB.
With the arrival of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, Apple has skipped the 32 GB to offer the phone in 16, 64 and 128 GB, making some people miss the opportunity of having an intermediate capacity.

9. Aperture and iPhoto

Apple said in a conference this year that there’d be a new edition of Aperture. Instead, the company only focused on a package of programs for editing photos, simply called “Photos”. This was a slap on the face of all professionals who used that program to edit images.

10. iPhone 5

When the iPhone 5S and 5C were released in 2013, Apple stopped selling the iPhone 5 This was an interesting move cause what Apple used to do with the previous generation phones was to sell them at a lower price, but in this case, the company continued selling the iPhone 4S at the lowest price, making the iPhone 5 completely disappear.
The post 10 Apple products you loved and are not for sale anymore first appeared on De Luxo Sphere.

iWatch by Apple is certainly one of the most anticipated devices of 2013, and, as you know, its presence is no longer corresponds to a nasty rumor not going to become a reality. Even if it has not been official yet, a confirmation in fact came from iMore , which exposed all the plans of Apple. But here are the details: how could this rumored iWatch?

iWatch by Apple

Cupertino has not yet been commented on, but it seems increasingly clear that the clock is set to revolutionize the market: we do not know how, but the words of the former head of the company, Jea-Louis Gassée do really well hope the latter, in fact, said he was convinced that iWatch will not be easy just a watch and jewel, as it will be very close to the concept of a “computer”.

iWatch concept

He said that “Apple is working on the ambitious project iWatch which can be seen as a personal computer. This gives rise to several questions on the graphical interface, sensors on the version of IOS, what types of applications will be installed, the link with other Apple devices and, finally, the price. In my opinion, it will be much more interesting than the perennially rumored Apple TV. This obviously does not exclude the possibility of seeing in the coming months as the infamous HDTV of the Cupertino company. “

Transparent iWatch

If you want, in short, be prepared to pay a lot of money (as always, for that matter!).
The post iWatch by Apple | A watch, a jewel and a computer first appeared on De Luxo Sphere.
