You can barely fit inside the slinky dress you purchased from Topshop, You read fashion articles with the kind of resentment usually reserved for mortal enemies, and there’s a special circle in hell for that pair of tights that split in half because of your “cankles”.
These are the fashion problems we’re all facing, the fact that we’ll never look quite as good as Cara Delevingne or Kate Moss, that we’ll never be stick-thin and toned enough to don the catwalks or promote our own perfume range.

Most of us however, don’t have time to sculpt their bodies and the truth is, staying fit doesn’t have to take up all your time if you’re an average workaday fitness fanatic.
If you want to stay reasonably healthy, all you really need is a quick 15 minute workout once a day, just enough time to build up a sweat but not quite enough to leave you gasping for breath.
Work on one part of your body from day to day, rotating it weekly. While this short period of time won’t turn you into Naomi Campbell, it will contribute to a healthy and natural diet.
Break into the industry
Already a fitness fanatic? Then you can make yourself even fitter by turning it from a hobby into a passion. Private gym memberships are at an all-time high and plenty more are opening to cater for this soaring trend. So why not make a bit of cash from your workout by training others?

Whether you want to enjoy some pocket money or turn fitness instructing into your fulltime job, it’s a fantastic way to look sleek and stylish while getting paid.
