It seems that the greatest engine companies bet on design and want to be present on the Milan Design Week, and in this case the French Peugeot-Citroen is the one who showed us its Foodtruck, a concept car that becomes a Bistrot.

This innovative culinary concept includes spaces for preparation, catering and refreshment which are added to a space dedicated to the mixture of music with the Peugeot Music digital platform. Besides, the Foodtruck has everything you need so that up to 30 guests can be comfortably installed on the outside and enjoy the charm of eating outdoors.
A 46-inch screen and a set of 8 midrange speakers and 32 tweeters by Focal are allocated among the van and its trailer. The preparation and cooking materials installed are professional and multi-purpose to be adapted to the inspiration and the talent of any chef and any cuisine: gastronomical, fusion, molecular cuisine…
Peugeot Design Lab has also designed the essential seasoning for any chef and homemaker, a pair of salt and pepper grinders under the name of ‘Milan’, in honor of the Lombard capital. Made of beech wood, it adopts the exclusive U-Select system, which allows to adjust accurately the size, and with it the taste of ground salt and pepper with its six sizes graduation.
